MyPerfectStay is a small, founder-run company building the tool we wished we'd had for every group trip we ever tried to organise. Remote across Germany and the UAE.
We've been building things together for years — and we know how to ship. What we did not know how to do, it turned out, was plan a friends' reunion across three timezones using only WhatsApp.
Five days. Forty-seven votes that weren't really votes. One slowly-dying spreadsheet. “Why is this so hard in 2024?” we asked. So we started building.
We bootstrapped MyPerfectStay because we wanted to ship the right product, not the fundable one. No outside investors. No agency contractors. Just two founders, a small remote team across Germany and the UAE, and the discipline to say no to anything that wasn't helping a group make a decision.
The bet is simple: the next generation of travel tools will be built for groups, not individuals. The category isn't “another OTA.” The category is group decisions that become group bookings, in one tap, for the whole group.

Roughly a year from idea to a working app: search a destination, browse 450k+ experiences, share with a group. Bootstrapped from day one — our own seed round, our own pace.
The core idea ships: friends vote on activities, the group books the winner together, one checkout. Closed beta with friends, family, and the kind of users who tell you exactly what's broken.
First version of the app is live. We're shipping improvements weekly — UX polish, more destinations, deeper booking integration, group-decision flow tuning. The partner program is opening its first slots.

Runs engineering. Owns the stack from booking engine to partner portal, ships every Friday, and refuses to plan a single trip on a spreadsheet ever again.
The founders use this app for their own group trips. If we wouldn't plan a real holiday with it, it doesn't ship. The product roadmap is the founders' group chat.
Commission rates are on the partner page. Payouts are monthly. Terms are in plain English. If the smallest hotel partner can't understand it, we rewrite it.
No fake scarcity. No countdown timers. No “12 people are looking at this room right now.” If the group needs to book, the group will book.
