We hire generalists, then let them specialise.
Job titles inside the company are loose. We hire for range first, depth second — and let people grow into the role they actually want.
We pay above the local market.
Senior IC compensation benchmarked against the higher of your local market and ours. We do not negotiate hard — we make a fair offer and stand by it.
We are remote-first across Germany and the UAE.
Flexible hours. Async by default. Quarterly on-sites somewhere in the catalog — usually wherever a few of us are heading anyway.
We optimise for the third year, not the first quarter.
Most of our roadmap items have payoffs measured in seasons. We hire for that timescale.
