Find your bookings and tickets
Every booking you make is saved under My bookings, so you — and everyone in your group — can find it whenever you need it.
Right after you book
The moment your payment is confirmed, we show your booking reference on screen and send a confirmation to your email. The booking also appears under My bookings straight away.
Your tickets and vouchers
Most activities are ticketless — just show up with your booking reference and the name you booked under. When a provider needs a printed or mobile voucher, you'll find it on the booking under My bookings and in your confirmation email.
On the day
Open My bookings, tap the activity, and you'll see the meeting point, start time, and anything the provider needs from you. Arrive a little early for activities with a fixed start.
Can't find a booking? Check the email address you booked with, then reach us at support@myperfectstay.com with your booking reference.
