Do I need an account to join a trip?

No. Anyone with the invite link can vote on activities — no account needed. You'll need a free account to save a trip or book. See Inviting your group.

How does voting work?

Everyone in the group reacts to suggested activities, so the plan reflects what the whole group wants — not just the loudest planner.

Who can book, and who pays?

Anyone in the group can book the winning activities right in the app. Whoever books pays for that booking at checkout.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in USD, with taxes and fees included in the total. See Prices, currency, and fees.

Can I cancel or change a booking?

Usually yes, within the provider's cancellation window. See Cancellations and refunds and Changing a booking.

I didn't get a confirmation — am I booked?

Check My bookings in the app first; if it's there, you're booked. More tips in Booking problems.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are encrypted and handled by a certified provider, and we never store your full card number. See Payment methods and security.

How do I delete my account or data?
