Booking problems

Most bookings go through in seconds. When something doesn't, here's how to get back on track.

I didn't get a confirmation

First, check My bookings — if the activity is there, you're booked, even if the email is slow to arrive. Then:

  • Look in your spam or promotions folder.
  • Confirm the email address on your account is correct.
  • Give it a few minutes; emails can lag behind the app.

Still nothing? Email support@myperfectstay.com with the activity name and date and we'll confirm your status.

My payment was declined

Declines usually come from the card or bank, not from us. Check that:

  • The card details and billing info are correct.
  • There are enough funds and the card is enabled for online payments.
  • You completed any verification step your bank prompted — some banks confirm payments in their own app.

Then try again, or use a different card.

An activity says it's unavailable

Availability is live and popular slots sell out. Pick another date or time, or choose a similar activity from your trip plan.

The price changed

Prices update with live availability and the date you select, so they can move between browsing and checkout. The total you confirm at checkout is the price you pay.
