Cancellations and refunds
Plans change. Most activities can be cancelled for a full refund within the provider's cancellation window — usually up to 24 hours before the start time, though it varies by activity.
Check your cancellation policy
The exact policy is shown on the activity page before you book and again on your confirmation. Look for one of:
- Free cancellation up to a stated cut-off (commonly 24 hours prior).
- Non-refundable, where the booking can't be refunded once confirmed.
How to cancel
- Go to My bookings and open the booking.
- Tap Cancel booking.
- Confirm — we'll show the refund amount before you finalise.
Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.
