Changing a booking
Plans shift. Whether you can change a booking depends on the activity provider's policy, which is shown on the activity page before you book.
Most changes mean cancel and rebook
Many providers don't allow edits to a confirmed booking. The reliable way to change a date, time, or traveller count is to cancel the original — if it's within the free cancellation window — and book again with the new details.
- Open the booking under My bookings.
- Check the cancellation policy and the refund amount.
- Cancel, then book the activity again with your new details.
