Changing a booking

Plans shift. Whether you can change a booking depends on the activity provider's policy, which is shown on the activity page before you book.

Most changes mean cancel and rebook

Many providers don't allow edits to a confirmed booking. The reliable way to change a date, time, or traveller count is to cancel the original — if it's within the free cancellation window — and book again with the new details.

  1. Open the booking under My bookings.
  2. Check the cancellation policy and the refund amount.
  3. Cancel, then book the activity again with your new details.
